A telephone system input (paging output from phone system (not BT line), 0dBu (10kohm)). Vox priority override is on mic 1-2 and telephone inputs. Additionally there is a MIX out (0dBu, 10kohm); EXT in (0dBu, 20 kohm, balanced) all on 3-pin euroblock connectors. Overall bass (100 Hz) and treble (10 kHz) tone controls plus master volume control, loudspeaker zone selection (5 zone and “all-call”) on 100 volt outputs, built-in chime and siren tones (manual (or for chime, remote via rear euroblock operation)) and an external mute facility (rear on euroblock) to mute inputs 3 to 6 is also featured. 230V AC powering IEC inlet. PAM-120A Mixer-Amplifier (with optional CD/MP3/FM Tuner)
Designed for shop, bar, church, factory and general applications, they feature individual phantom power switching and 3 band equalisation on each of 6 universal balanced mic or line inputs with XLR connectors. These together with the channel gain controls have been located on the rear of the unit, away from the eyes of the phantom knob twiddler. The front panel has only channel and master level plus bass and treble controls, with switches for power, chime and zone control. Inputs 1 and 2 have vox priority over the remaining inputs individually defeatable on the rear panel, an additional 0dB input has priority over all the other inputs (this input has no level control and is accessed by screw terminals on the rear panel). A CD/MP3 player and FM tuner module, PAM-MPM4, is available, which fits into the right slot on the front panel.
