Digital Video/Unbalanced 75 ohm AES/EBU Audio

A range of 1U video termination panels supplied fully populated with up to 24 pairs of Canford insulated, double-sided, 75 ohm BNC connectors, suitable for analogue video, SDV and unbalanced AES/EBU digital audio applications. Connectors are equally spaced across the panel and achieve the highest possible packing density offering a solution where rack space is severely limited.
It is recommended that the BNC 'precision' 75 ohm type is used for HDTV applications.

Manufactured from a lightweight but extremely rigid aluminium extrusion, the connectors are equally spaced across the panel. The very high connector density of these panels means only a single centrally-mounted lacing-bar and single snap-on cover designation-strip holder (located centrally) are fitted. However, 7.5mm of printable height is available, sufficient for two rows of text. Templates for printing designation strip labels, available as a DWG file for AutoCAD and compatible applications, can be downloaded from the appropriate product page on the Canford website.

Due to the very narrow vertical and horizontal pitch, it may be necessary to use a BNC fitting tool to mate cable connectors, see BNC fitting tools.
