Apart CMAR ceiling speakers are intended for background music and paging in hot and humid locations such as leisure centres, bathrooms and maritime applications.
These 'chlorine and salt water proof, two-way marine loudspeakers' are IP65 rated. As such they are dust tight and will withstand water projected from any direction.
CMAR loudspeakers incorporate a durable 'enforced ABS plastic frame' and utilise stainless steel grilles. The choice of materials offers protection against rusting and facilitates their use in environments likely to experience extreme temperatures.
Three models are offered, available as low impedance 8 ohm or 100V. Constant voltage 100V versions are supplied complete with the Apart T20IP waterproof 20W transformer which offers 2.5, 5, 10 and 20W selectable taps.
