Apart low impedance power amplifiers are designed for general purpose use and offer various input and output options as well as variance in output power.
This 2-channel amplifier is housed in a ‘self-supporting’ aluminium chassis and has detachable 1U, 19-inch rackmount brackets. Built-in APC surge protection prevents overloading the amplifier and sending potentially damaging signals to the speakers. The front facing panel has a latching rocker switch to power on/off, and a rotary controller for each of the two output channels. LEDs are duplicated across the two output channels, including signal input, APC, clip, and temperature warning. A yellow LED signifies bridge mode active. The rear panel houses all I/O connectivity including IEC power, binding post outputs, balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA (phono) inputs, and balanced XLR link outputs. A switch allows the user to lift the ground or earth the ground, with latching buttons allowing user to switch between 4-8ohms and 2-3ohms.
Apart Champ 3D is a 3-channel, 2.1, class-D amplifier designed for medium applications whereby the user wishes to connect left and right loudspeakers along with subwoofers. The maximum dynamic output of the amplifier provides 370watts to both left and right channels, and 1350watts to the subwoofer output. A dot matrix screen allows the user to adjust parameters as well as monitor levels and utilise the inbuilt loudspeaker wizard – a tool that employs parametric EQ, crossover, delay, compression and limiting to get the most suitable output. The rear facing panel houses all I/O including RS232 remote control connection. Both left and right inputs are by way of balanced XLR, with balanced XLR link outputs. 3-point terminal inputs can also be used for each channel. Outputs are via Speakon connections.
This amplifier has many of the properties of the CHAMP-2 however it has 4 channels as opposed to two. Inputs and outputs for each channel are as CHAMP-2.
Champ series specifications
This 2-channel digital power amplifier offers up to 700w output and is bridgeable at 8ohms. The 1U, 19-inch rackmountable amplifier has an internal digital processor with six DSP settings for alternative uses and setups. The front facing panel has the on/off power switch along with LEDs to signify clip/overload, limit, input overload, and signal (-40dB) present. Each channel has a mute button located beneath the above mentioned LEDs. Current DSP settings are also illustrated with LEDs. The rear facing panel has all audio I/O with inputs on Phoenix style terminals or RCA (phono), link outputs on RCA (phono), and speaker outputs on Speakon or 2-pin terminal. DSP selection and Input levels can be adjusted using a press button and rotary controls respectively.
This 2-channel amplifier is very similar to the REVAMP2250, however it offers 1680watts dynamic output power (1200watts RMS).
Along with the functions of the REVAMP2250, this 4-channel amplifier has the additional benefit of being able to run up to four 100V lines at 120w per line.
REVAMP4240T
Like the REVAMP4120T however this 4-channel amplifier has the benefit of being able to run up to four 100V lines at 240w per line.
This 16-channel amplifier offers up to 100watts at 4ohms per channel.
