Introducing the Green-GO Wireless Beltpack X 5G
Green-GO has taken another leap forward in wireless intercom technology with the launch of the new Wireless Beltpack X 5G.
Building on the Stride wireless system, which introduced seamless handover and higher-density DECT deployments, Green-GO is now expanding its wireless portfolio with a dedicated cellular beltpack designed for use with public and private 4G/5G networks.
Complementing Green-GO’s existing wired and DECT solutions, the Wireless Beltpack X 5G offers additional deployment flexibility for live production, broadcast, sporting and industrial environments.
The system has already demonstrated its capabilities at major sporting events such as the NFL and broadcast productions worldwide.
Dedicated Connectivity for Demanding Environments
The Wireless Beltpack X 5G allows organisations to take advantage of existing cellular infrastructure, reducing the need for additional network hardware and simplifying deployment.
For applications requiring greater control over network performance, private cellular networks and network slicing offer options for allocating
dedicated bandwidth and resources, helping maintain reliable communication in high-density environments where network capacity may be shared with other services.
This makes the beltpack particularly suited to large-scale events, temporary installations and facilities where cellular networks are already in place.
Seamless Integration With Existing Green-GO Systems
Using the familiar Green-GO Bridge architecture, each cellular beltpack connects to the host system through an available bridge port, enabling users to communicate with colleagues operating wired beltpacks, DECT wireless beltpacks, multi-channel stations and other Green-GO devices.
The dedicated hardware retains the familiar Green-GO user interface, including Talk, Listen, Call, channel selection and volume controls, providing a consistent experience across the entire system.
