Adjustable Chassis Guides
Used to provide support for heavier equipment, these accessories fasten to the inside face of the front and rear rack-mounting profiles of a rack. They also provide assistance when inserting or removing equipment, by taking the weight when the mounting screws are removed, and guiding the equipment into position as it is inserted from the front. Available in two sizes to suit rack depths of 600 - 800mm and 800 - 1000mm. Supplied as a pair.
These are ventilated, steel trays which mount on the external face of the front or rear 19-inch rack-mounting profiles of most racks and cabinets, using captive nuts and screws, included. Used traditionally to accommodate modems, these cantilever-style shelves provide a means of supporting small items of equipment in a rack. They are available in heights of 1U and 2U. Depths range between 200mm and 550mm. Finish: Light grey, RAL 7035, or black, RAL 9005.
Adjustable Fixed Shelves
Universal 19-inch fixed ventilated shelves with adjustable mounting brackets. The brackets fix to the inside face of the front and rear rack-mounting profiles. Each corner bracket has two folded-metal prongs, allowing the shelf to be fully positioned in the top and bottom U apertures before secured with a bolt through the middle U aperture. Fixings provided. Load capacity: 50kg. Available in three depths and in a choice of grey or black finish.
Adjustable Sliding Shelves
Universal 19-inch ventilated sliding shelves with adjustable mounting brackets. The brackets fix to slides on either side of the shelf which in turn fix to the inside face of the front and rear rack-mounting profiles. Each corner bracket has two folded-metal prongs, allowing the shelf to be fully positioned in the top and bottom U aperture before secured with a bolt through the middle U aperture. The shelf can then be pulled out of the rack. Fixings provided. Load capacity, for 600mm and 800mm is 30kg; for 1000mm version it is 50kg. Available in three depths and in a choice of grey or black finish.
A range of power distribution units available with a variety of connector types. All units have an extruded aluminium housings, and are finished in black. All types are 1.5U rack-mounting, have a shrouded switch with cover, and have an attached 3 metre input cable with plug of the same type as the outlet connectors. Case depth is 45mm for all types.
Used to provide a central point for equipment earth connections. Available in three styles with 6, 10 or 44 earth points. Each supplied with 4x 4mm diameter 40cm earth link cables.
Cut to suit a range of rack heights, these steel, ‘U’-shaped, cable trays, available in two widths, 150mm or 300mm, fix to the flanges of the top and bottom covers of the ES362 and ES396 Series racks. The trays have slots for the use of cable-ties. Finish: Zinc Plated.
Vertical Cable Management Panels
Designed for use with 800mm wide racks, these bolt to flanges on the top and base frames which separate the vertical mounting profile and the rack pillar at either side of the rack, thus making use of the open space. Usually fitted at the front of the rack, the panels have a wire mesh structure with a series of large apertures for cable routing. A decorative aluminium front cover, on models 36U and above, is split into two equal vertical parts; on models below 36U, it is a single panel.
Typical uses would include the routing of patch-cords between network switches and patch panels, with cables routed horizontally from a switch to the management panel then up or down in the channel then across to the patch panel. The panels may also be fitted in at the rear of the 800mm wide racks, and could also be used fitted at various depths along the flange of the top and base frame of any of the ES362 and ES396 Series racks. Fasteners included.
These are full-width, 19-inch, 1U rack-mounting panels with a ‘letter box’ style slot for cables. The slots are masked with ‘brush’ strips which allow cables to pass through while presenting a tidy appearance and avoiding the cables dropping back into the rack. The steel panels are folded back at the top and bottom to increase rigidity. Fixings provided. Finish: Grey, Black.
These are extra, vertical, 19-inch, rack-mounting profiles to provide intermediate mounting points in addition to the front and rear profiles supplied as standard with ES362 and ES396 Series cabinets. They attach to slots in the front-to back rails. They have two sets of perforations to take cage nuts, to fix equipment both in the open faces of the rack and accessories, such as shelves and chassis guides, inside the rack. 1U increments on each front face and are screen-printed with 'U' height measurements to aid installation. They are made from 1.5mm steel with 8 - 12 micron zinc plating. Supplied as a pair.
This is a set of four metal brackets, fixed to the top and bottom of each corner pillar to connect two cabinets together, when assembling a bayed suite of racks. Side panels may not be used where these brackets are in place. Fasteners included.
Used to space the cabinet off the floor by 100mm, allowing access for cables through a brushed aperture at the rear, into the base of the cabinet when the cabinet is on a solid floor.
Floor Fixing Brackets
A set of two brackets, used front and back are positioned under the bottom frame of the rack and fixed from the inside, and can then be attached to the floor. Recommended with taller racks with heavy loads. Note that castors cannot be used when brackets are fitted to a rack.
PVC feet on threaded steel studs, to screw in the base of racks. Thread: 10mm. Maximum loading per set of four: 600kg, subject to load capability of flooring. Note that castors and levelling feet cannot be used together.
A set of four castors, 2x braked, 2x un-braked, are fastened to an adapter plate which, in turn is bolted to the base of the rack. Fasteners included. Maximum load per set of four: 600kg. Note that castors cannot be used when floor fixing brackets or levelling feet are fitted to a rack.
