RDL AV INTERFACES - HD Series

RDL's HD Series offers a wide range of stand-alone designs housed in 2U, half-rack width metal enclosures. These amplifiers and mixers feature front-facing panel mounted controls and indicators with input and output connectivity positioned on the rear-facing panel. Up to two HD Series units can be mounted along side each other by using the optional range of accessory mounts.

Mainland UK

For the UK mainland, a choice of services is available. The charge is according to the service chosen, regardless of the size or weight of the consignment. This service charge covers packing, despatch and delivery of goods.

Standard service is free on orders of $131.00 or more (ex. VAT). Delivery in 2-3 working days from despatch.

UPS and TNT are our preferred carriers, plus Royal Mail for small packets and Palletline for pallets.

Non‑mainland UK

For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish islands, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, the standard service charge is fixed for all orders unless it includes items that indicate: "Additional shipping surcharges may apply outside UK mainland". This service charge covers packing, despatch and delivery of goods.

Europe

For deliveries to Europe (EU, Liechtenstein, Norway & Switzerland) a choice of services are available. The charges for standard European services are fixed*, regardless of the size or weight of the consignment.

Deliveries to EU member states are on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis and Liechtenstein, Norway & Switzerland are on a CPT (Carriage Paid To) basis according to Incoterms® 2020. Prices for express services will be quoted on request. If insurance is required, please advise accordingly and we will be happy to quote costs including insurance.

International

Prices are ex-works Washington. Delivery and insurance will be quoted on request. We reserve the right to implement a documentation charge where appropriate. Origin declaration, certificates of origin and legalised documents are chargeable.

As a guide, freight costs for international shipments start at $12.77 on orders under 2kg.

For a Canford customer being invoiced to the following countries:

UK

Standard VAT rate, typically 20% will be applied to the order. No VAT registration number is required to place an order.
EU

VAT will not be charged if a valid tax registration number is provided during the ordering process. In this case, the buyer will then become liable for VAT on receipt of the goods.

If no VAT number is provided, standard UK VAT will be applied to the order.
Rest of the world

VAT will not be charged. Import duties and fees may be payable by the importer of the goods.
