Delivery charges cover packing, despatch and delivery of goods. Canford despatch goods Monday to Friday only. There are no despatches on English public holidays.

For the UK mainland, a choice of services is available. The charge is according to the service chosen, regardless of the size or weight of the consignment.
Standard service is free on orders of £100 or more (ex. VAT).
UPS and FedEx are our preferred carriers, plus Royal Mail for small packets and Palletline for pallets.

Europe
(EU, Liechtenstein, Norway & Switzerland)
For deliveries to Europe a choice of services are available. The charges for standard European services are fixed¹, regardless of the size or weight of the consignment. Prices for express services or including insurance will be quoted on request.
Deliveries to EU member states are on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis and require a valid EU VAT number for either the invoice or delivery address. Deliveries to Liechtenstein, Norway & Switzerland are on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis, according to Incoterms® 2020.

Prices are ex-works Washington. Delivery and insurance will be quoted on request. We reserve the right to implement a documentation charge where appropriate. Origin declaration, certificates of origin and legalised documents are chargeable.
As a guide, freight costs for international shipments start at £9.75 on orders under 2kg.
