Radial Engineering suggest IceCube 'is an ideal problem solver' for AV technicians and audio engineers that experience issues with ground loop noise.

The passive device provides an easy way to insert a custom made Eclipse isolation transformer into the signal path to remove hum and buzz from ground loops, with a ground lift switch for additional noise reduction. To employ the device, the user should connect it between any two line-level devices, such as a mixer and a powered speaker, or a crossover and a power amp. IceCube will eliminate ground loop noise without limiting the audio bandwidth or introducing phase shift.

TWIN-ISO

Twin-Iso provides a 'simple and professional' way to remove hum and buzz from ground loops by inserting it between any two pieces of balanced audio equipment.

The device is equipped with two Jensen transformers that deliver a frequency response from 20Hz to 20kHz with low distortion. Twin-Iso also has the ability to handle high signal levels without saturation. To employ the ground loop eliminator, insert the Twin-Iso between any line-level audio devices, including consoles, amp racks, remote towers, and recorders.
