Celebrating our Better Health at Work Bronze Award

We are delighted to share the news that Canford has been awarded Bronze Award Status through the Better Health at Work programme! This recognition reflects the collective effort, enthusiasm, and commitment of everyone here at Canford to create a healthier workplace.

As we look ahead to 2025, our wellbeing journey continues with the goal of achieving Silver Award Status. To support this effort, we are excited to strengthen our wellbeing initiatives by recruiting additional Health Advocates to join our team.

The award scheme

The Better Health at Work Award supports and recognises the efforts of employers addressing health and wellbeing in the workplace. The award scheme is FREE, flexible and open to ALL employers in the North East and Cumbria, regardless of size, location or type of business. Many organisations already promote healthy lifestyles and consider the health of their employees. This Award recognises the achievements of these organisations and helps them move forward in a structured and supported way.
