SCHULZE-BRAKEL CUSTOM WINDSHIELDS - Microphone

Schulze-Brakel is a company that specializes in producing windscreens for microphones. Their SchulzFoam is made exclusively by the 'finest German manufacturers' and offers over 99% open-pore technology for best sound quality, flexibility for a better fit, and colour stability for longevity. Special order and bespoke windshields are also available, including custom shape windscreen, and Schulze3D logo - a 3D embossed logo design within the foam. All versions are manufactured from SchulzFoam with the addition of flocking - a soft, almost furry surface. Flocked versions are available in a customer specified Pantone colour. The flocked surface is an in-house process that provides a brighter look and longer-lasting colour on the outside foam layer. After machining the SchulzFoam to the right shape, this secondary process puts a fine layer of super-fine fibres on the pre-treated Windscreen. 2-colour flocked finish can be either two solid colour finish or 2-colour gradient. WS-7/C

WS-7/C windshields are round in design and can accommodate up to two logos depending on size. Available in single flocked colour or two-colour flocking options. The windshield is designed and manufactured to fit the specified microphone.

WS-8/C

WS-8/C windshields are square in design and can accommodate up to four logos depending on size. Available in single flocked colour or two-colour flocking options. The windshield is designed and manufactured to fit the specified microphone.

WS-9/C

Perhaps the most popular shape, WS-9/C windshields are triangular in design and can accommodate up to three logos depending on size. Available in single flocked colour or two-colour flocking options. The windshield is designed and manufactured to fit the specified microphone.

SCHULZWAVE

This unique design from Schulze-Brakel features a round windshield with a single flat, angled cut-out face. The custom logo is printed onto the face to give a modern and camera-friendly design. Available in single flocked colouring and designed and manufactured to fit the specified microphone.

SCHULZTWIN

SchulzTwin combines a round windshield with square flag-like centre. The custom logo is positioned on each face of the square section. Available in single flocked colour and designed and manufactured to fit the specified microphone. A two-colour flocking option is available by request, however this will incur additional cost.

WS-COLES/C

A windshield designed and manufactured specifically for the Coles Lip Mic. The design features a smaller hole drilling in the bottom to which the stem of the Coles mic can be passed. The open end of the foam is where commentator speaks, with the closed end of the foam displaying the custom logo for broadcast cameras.
